Mr. Whitton passed away July 10, 2019 in Decatur, TX.
He was born September 9, 1934 in Canton, TX to Willie E. Whitton and Portia Wilhite Whitton.
Bill grew up in Whitton Community and attended school in Jackson, Texas. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Bill worked as a pressman for a printing shop and enjoyed traveling, being a volunteer fireman and loved working on his ranch.
He is survived by his sons, Bill Whitton and Doug Whitton; grandsons, Chad and Lacy Whitton, Adam and Kellie Whitton; granddaughter, Holly and Jeremy Garcia; seven great grandchildren.
Bill is preceded in death by his parents, Willie and Portia Whitton; brother, Richard Whitton; sisters, Ernestine Simons and Flo Anna Weldon.
Interment will be at Haven of Memories in Canton, Texas.
