Bettie Lynn Titsworth

Mrs. Titsworth passed away November 1, 2023 in Tyler. She was born March 17, 1957 in Dallas to Ernest Paul and Mary Frances Couch Hays.

Bettie married Billy Titsworth on December 15, 1973. She was a Christian by faith. Bettie always put others before herself and was a "peace-maker." She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved the Dallas Cowboys. Bettie retired from Mesquite ISD after 15 years of service.

Mrs. Titsworth is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Paul and Mary Frances Hays; and her granddaughter, Cheyenne. Bettie is survived by her husband of 49 years, Billy Wayne Titsworth Sr.; three sons and their wives: Billy Wayne Titsworth Jr. and Jana; Shawn Christopher Titsworth; and Jeremy Lynn Titsworth and Courtney; "daughter," Lori Smith; four grandchildren: Dakota, McKenzie, Kutter and Jonathan; four great-grandchildren: Lynlee, Boone, Ryden and Colton; two brothers: Paul and Kimberly Hays and Donnie Hays; sister, Sue Bourg; and her best friend, Sandra Zimmerman.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
