Robert was born in Cleveland, on August 28, 1944 to the late Robert Leo Kehoe, Sr. and Catherine (Dunn) Kehoe. He was a graduate of St. Ignatius High School. Robert worked for many years as a pool salesman and eventually Vice President of the old Stern Pools chain, and then for many years in sales for Lighthouse Pools eventually starting a store in Canton. When he moved to Florida, he established a new store with son Rodney in Lakeland, FL. Robert was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Cleveland Browns and Cleveland Cavaliers.
Robert is survived by six children: Robert L. Kehoe III, Anthony E. Kehoe, Rodney Kehoe, Annette Ross, Todd DuChene, and Jolynn Peters; 12 grandchildren: Aiyanna, Aidan, Rece, Liesel, Hank, Douglas, and Melissa Kehoe, Emily, Maggie, and Elizabeth DuChene, and Mitchell and Katie Knerr; one sister, Bonnie, and six nieces and three nephews.
Along with his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his wives, Sandy, Shirley, and Judy, daughter, Jennifer Kehoe, sisters, Marianne and Karen, and two nephews.
Calling hours for Robert will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Friday, August 13, 2021 from 6-8 pm and on Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 9-11 am. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on at 12 pm Saturday at St. Michael’s Catholic Church with entombment to follow at Sunset Hill Burial Park mausoleum.
