Michael Eric Simon

Mike was born on July 27, 1952 to the late George and Amelia (Lepprich) Simon. He was a kind and loving soul. He was a dedicated and caring son, brother, uncle, and friend. He was a 1971 graduate of Lincoln High School. He served in the U.S. Army as a medic for four years from 1971-1975 and was stationed in Germany during this time. He worked for Timken Company for 39 years until he retired in 2017. Mike enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, eating out, fishing, hiking and biking, and travelling the country in his RV. He was a longtime member of the Hall of Fame Fitness Center.

Mike is survived by two brothers, Ronald (Pat) Simon and George (Mary) Simon, two sisters, Renee Cordia and Helen Hamilton, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Per his requests, a cremation will take place with a Celebration of Life held at a later date.
