She was born September 28, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William and Janet (English) Forgus. Lori was an avid animal lover and crafter.
Lori is survived by her sister, Judy (Joe) Corcoran; and brothers, Edward, Richard, and Patrick Forgus; several nephews and nieces.
In accordance with her wishes, she will be laid to rest in Forest Hill Cemetery.
