Our love for Linda fills our hearts, yet breaks them, but remembering her voice and laughter, so much time spent together, brings sadness and joy, comforts and blesses us.

Please know that you are all in our prayers daily, Tim, Abbie, Amanda, Ashley, you families, especially the grand children that she loved to share on FT, Also her sweet mom and sisters; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Bless and comfort everyone.

May you find comfort through the years as the memories fill your minds and hearts.

Linda welcomed me to the Higgins family back in 2007 and we became good friends. We enjoyed many lunches, events & would talk for hours about our kids & grandchildren. We talked a lot about our husbands because they both did most of the cooking. She encouraged me all the time to take a chance & move on to something else to improve someone's else's life. She was a great advocate for individuals & staff.   I will miss you Linda forever. 

Tim, I was saddened to learn of the passing of your wife. I know what she meant to your family and hope that you may find comfort in the beautiful memories and the love that you shared. 


I worked with Linda at the Stark County Board of DD.  Linda was the most kind, caring and giving person I have ever met.  She would do anything for anyone.  She was always my go to for help. The loss of Linda has been so devastating to her work unit.  I want Tim and girls to know how much Linda loved her family and cherished her grandchildren.   I would always tell her what a great job she and Tim did raising their daughters.   She will truly be missed and never forgotten.  I love you Linda, until we meet again.  

I was Linda’s payroll clerk for many years at Higgins Workshop and watched her move up the ladder in the world of work.  She was a very talented lady who was very loving and caring toward her clients, co-workers and family.  My prayers go out to her family, friends and all who knew and loved this beautiful lady!

I'm not sure there are enough adjectives to describe what a wonderful, loving, giving,thoughtful person Linda was. I'm just so lucky to have known her and I will never forget what a great friend she was to me. We were hired the same day and the world was so much better with her in it. Always thinking of others and so proud of her family, who meant everything to her.  She touched so many lives and will never be forgotten!

Linda, we loved you so much. Our hearts are broken.   She was my friend, coworker and my daughter’s SSA.  My daughter, Kandace misses her and thinks of her every day.  She was the best!!!

Linda you are one of the best of friend I have ever known. Met you at Higgins workshop, treated everyone with so much respect. 
You will be missed by so many people that you have touched in so many ways. We will cross paths again. 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️

Worked with Linda in the CWE Department at the Higgins Workshop. She was a great coworker and friend. Enjoyed her compassion to provide quality care to our clients. God has taken a very loving person to be in his presence. Prayers to the family during this difficult time.

Linda was incredibly nice and a wonderful SSA.  She always went above and beyond for others and it was clear to me that her family was her heart.  I will miss seeing Linda pulling in the parking lot every morning on the phone with her mom.

So glad to have known you Linda. The world will miss your smile and your caring nature. I will miss being your friend.

Linda was always kind and considerate.  She did her job well, and will be missed terribly by those of us here at SCBDD.
