Layne Howard Davis

Layne was born in Canton on September 4, 1945. He was an Army Vietnam Veteran with the 101st Airborne Division. He is preceded in death by his parents, Herchel and Anna Davis, his brother, Chad Davis, and his son-in-law, Steve Hindman. Layne is survived by his wife, Dottie Davis, two daughters, Tiffany Hindman and Valerie (Frank) Zak, four grandchildren: Alexandra and Sydney Hindman, and Michael and Joshua Massaro; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours for Layne will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Monday, January 16, 2023 from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Funeral services will begin at the funeral home on Monday at 12:00 pm with Pastor Jared Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
