Georgia Rose "Gia" Austin

Georgia was born October 21, 2005 in Massillon, Ohio. She attended Lehman Early College High School where she excelled in her studies. She was a beautiful soul who aspired to be an ultrasound tech. Gia worked at Heggy's Nut Shop where she was adored. She enjoyed spending time with her love, Cyen, her family and friends, and her cat, Temari. Gia had the biggest heart and loved to laugh and make people smile.

Gia is survived by her mother, Nicole Austin; brothers, Cooper and Bubby; boyfriend, Cyen; best friend, Ryla Broad; grandparents, Sherry and David Austin; two uncles, Christopher and Josh; Aunt Barb; and numerous cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her uncle, Joey "JoJo" Austin; and her great-grandmother, Georgia Moen.

A visitation for Georgia will be held Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Friday, August 19, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, Ohio 44718. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 19, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Marfan Foundation, 22 Manhasset Ave, Port Washington, NY 11050.
