She was born January 1, 1947 in Connellsville, PA to the late James R. and Ida (Mates) Smith, Sr.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Jim Roudebush, Sr.. She is survived by her husband of 45 years, David Holl; daughter, Dana Nichols; sons, Daniel (Shelley) Mossor, and Dr. Douglas (Sally) Holl, of Rialto, CA; 12 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sister, Nancy Roudebush; and brother, James R. (Karin) Smith, Jr.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, in the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, with Rev. Raymond Stanley officiating. Friends may call from 5:00-7:00pm Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Karlo-Libby Funeral Home to help defray the service cost.
