Anna Katherine Buchman

Anna Katherine Barnes Buchman found peace on July 29, 2018. She was born on December 21, 1922 in Colinwood, Ohio to Fred and Dollie Barnes. She married Richard F. Buchman on August 18, 1942. After WWII, they moved from Colinwood to Novelty, Ohio with their first child. Anna was a wife, mother, LPN, and a bus driver for West Geauga Schools for 15 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and grandson Brian Thomas Buchman, whom she prayed for every night.

She is survived by her children; Mary Ann (Larry) Feldheim, Bruce (Ginny) Buchman, Beth (Mike) Larson, Monica (Chuck) Kulinski, Richard F. (Rose) Buchman Jr., her grandchildren; Jeffrey Buchman, Andrew (Kim) Kulinski, Daniel Kulinski, Heather Buchman, and Jade Buchman, grandchildren-in-law, Hilary Staley, and Emily Young, and great-grandchildren Aria Kulinski, Liam Young, and Callen Staley.

Friends and family may call Wednesday, August 1, at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home in Canton, 5000 Everhard Road NW, Canton, Ohio from 6-8 p.m. Additional calling hours will be held Thursday, August 2 at Gattozzi and Son Funeral Home, 12524 Chillicothe Road, Chesterland, Ohio, from 12-1 with a service at 1 p.m. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery in Russell Township, Ohio.
