Daughter of the late Fannie (Cohen) and Benjamin Neiblum. Loving wife of the late Thomas Green. Beloved mother of Steven Green of Evanston, Illinois; Kenneth Green and his fiancé, Amy Greenberg of Old Lyme Connecticut and Barbara Green-Glaz and her husband, Ron Glaz of the Needham. Cherished grandmother (Savta) of Eli and Gabrielle Glaz. Sister of the late Henry Neiblum, Sylvia Klein and Irving Neiblum. Loving aunt and great aunt to many as well as a cherished friend to all that knew her.
Miriam was born in Bronx, NY on January 7, 1923. She worked for the New York Public Library until she met her future husband, Thomas Green at a resort in the Catskills. They were married for close to 65 years. Miriam spent the majority of her life in Randolph as an active and founding member of Temple Beth Am. She served a variety of roles from a Den mother in Cub Scouts to the Treasurer in the Randolph Music Boosters. Miriam was especially known for her work as a seamstress and enjoyed making clothes, knitting and crocheting.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Service on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 1 PM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton. Burial will follow at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon.
Shiva will take place at the home of Barbara Green-Glaz and Ron Glaz on Thursday from 6-8 PM, Saturday from 6-8 PM, and Sunday from 12-2 PM.
