Milton S. Schwartz of Framingham, MA. Entered into rest August 25, 2018 at the age of 96. Beloved husband of Joan E. (Meltzer) Schwartz. Devoted father of Robin Lucas and Bette Schwartz, and father-in-law of Tom Lucas. Cherished grandfather of Philip and Robert Lucas and great-grandfather of Victoria Lucas. Loving brother of Lois Trilling and brother-in-law of the late Theodore Trilling. Loved by many nieces and nephews. Milton was a graduate of Boston University Law School and Harvard Law School. He was a partner of Schwartz & Schwartz with his father Simon, after his father passed away he had his own practice until his retirement in 2003. He was a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Shawmut Masonic Lodge. He enjoyed golf, skiing and spending time at his summer home on Cape Cod. Funeral services and burial are private.
