Harold Nathan Cohen of Easton entered into rest on June 2, 2021 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Ada (Schwartz) Cohen. Long-time companion of Sue Sloniger. Devoted father of Joel Cohen and his wife Linda, William Cohen and his wife Margery, and Robert Cohen. Loving brother of Marcia Goldstein and her husband Carl. Cherished grandfather of Lauren Daus and her husband Jonathan; Daniel Cohen and his wife Jordan; and Alyssa, David, and Brian Cohen.
Born in Boston on October 22, 1932 to Max and Charlotte (Greenberg) Cohen, Harold attended Boston Technical High School and entered a career as a quality control engineer. He served in the US Navy during the Korean War. He was active in the Sharon Men’s Club and Temple Israel of Brockton. Harold especially loved riding his bike in Cape Cod and, above all, spending time with family.
Graveside services are Friday, June 4 at 11:00 AM at Plymouth Rock Cemetery, 1000 Pearl Street, Brockton, MA. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in his memory may be donated to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org.
