Julio was a Loving and caring Father, Partner, Son, Brother, Friend to all. Loved ones described him as a social butterfly with a big personality, clever with his words, the more the merrier mindset, life of the party, and his embrace was always so heart warming. Always smiling, unselfish, giving, unbelievably sincere, you could never have a bad time because he just lit up a room.
