Irmgard Taylor

Irma was born Irmgard von den Stemmen, in Yugoslavia and grew up in Bavaria, Germany. She married Danny Spino in 1958 and came to California where she started her family and made her home for the rest of her life. In 1989, she married John Taylor and also became part of the extended Taylor family.

Irma was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many, who was loved by all who knew her. She loved to read, crochet, dance, listen to music and spend time with her loved ones. Irma’s optimism and good nature was an inspiration to all those she came in contact with. Irma will be greatly missed by her family and friends and her memory will be a blessing for all those who grieve her passing.

A Celebration of Life service for Irma will be held Monday, July 22, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Gates, Kingsley & Gates Praiswater Mortuary, 6909 Canoga Ave, Canoga Park, CA 91303. Following the Celebration of Life service will be a graveside service at 12:00 PM at Oakwood Memorial Park and Cemetery, 22601 Lassen St, Chatsworth, CA 91311. Lunch reception to follow Graveside service at Rockpointe Clubhouse, 22300 Devonshire St., Chatsworth, CA 91311
