Uncle Ed held a place of affection and admiration to this branch of the Feser family. When we were kids, we thought of Ed as an attractive cowboy…a man’s man!  He was handsome, charming, funny and smart. I remember him always wearing a suit jacket, sporting his signature cigar, and delivering a straightforward direction.  Ed always seemed to be working.  Ed had an entrepreneurial motivation, and the invincible Feser Work Ethic that guided him to create his own successful business, which started as “Feser Construction Company”, later  named Profile Structures.  Uncle Ed brought our Dad, Bill Feser Sr., into the company, as well as both of our brothers, Bill and John. There were countless other friends and relatives who benefited from employment thanks to Ed.  Our brother Bill was especially close to Ed and Linda, and sugar coatin’ Kelly for many years.  Ed was a father and a brother and a friend to Bill. Ed was rather an unsung hero.  He was, along with his devoted wife Linda, the kindest, most generous, and loyal soul to the entire family. It was sad to witness the unkind insult of his decline in recent years.  I like to envision those 4 guys in their prime, enjoying a hearty handshake and reunion in heaven.
