Bill was born in Campbellton on March 3, 1958 and graduated from Polyvalente Roland-Pepin in 1976. He then ventured west to Calgary and worked in construction for many years. Anyone who knew Bill was touched by his kindness and sense of humour. He was a prolific reader (always had a book in hand), and this is probably why he was a such a grammarian which he inherited from his mother.
He is survived by his four siblings: Katy (Bill), John (Heather), Ann (Dennis) and Tim (Betty Ann), and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Robert and Patricia Kearney,
He loved all sports, especially table tennis and hockey, and was a table tennis champion of Nova Scotia as a teenager.
A Private Service for the family will be held at a later date.
Rest in Peace, Bill. We will always remember your gentle heart and positive outlook.
Funeral arrangements are in the care of Maher’s Funeral Home, Campbellton.
