Monday, April 20th, 2015, at his residence, at the age of 76, passed away Mr. Walter Rooney of Glencoe, husband of Mrs Bonnie Rooney. He was the son of the late Kathleen (Albert) and late Napoleon Rooney.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, his children: Michael of Tide Head, Roddy of Ottawa and Rhoda (Mark) of Glencoe; his 7 grandchildren; his great grandson; his brothers and sisters: Bernard (Christina) of Gaspe, Marina of Glencoe, Lesley of Gaspe and Winston (Regina) of Montreal also by many members of the Gallie family, nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of prayers will be held on Friday, April 24th, 2015 at 2 pm in the Savoie Funeral Chapel with visitation at the same place one hour prior to celebration.
