Born in Hoiping, China on June 1, 1933, son of Lee Wei (father) and of Tam Wai Wah (mother).
He opened his first restaurant at the age of 19, finally settling in Campbellton to open Lee Garden Restaurant. He was known for his generosity and devotion. To the many people he touched over the years he was known simply as "Mr. Lee".
He is survived by his wife Judy Lee, his sons Ken (Krista), Kevin (Kathy), Allen (Lorraine), three grandchildren, Erin Yee Lin, Trevor Ton Yee and Amy Jiang Ya as well as many loving nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Lee Kit Chee and brother Se Shin Lee.
Funeral Service will be held at Maher’s Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Tuesday September 8 at 11:00 am with visitation from 10:00 am until time of service at the Chapel.
The family would like to thank Dr. Vona Macmillian and the staff of the Villa Renaissance Nursing Home for their wonderful care over the years as well as the Sugarloaf, and the Wisdom Manor.
