Rita White

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Rita White (Leblanc) of Bathurst, New Brunswick at the age of 82. Rita passed away peacefully at the Chaleur Regional hospital on June, 3rd 2015 surrounded by loved ones.

Rita was born in Balmoral, New Brunswick and was the daughter of Arthur and Florida (Levesque) Leblanc.

Rita is survived by her four daughters: Gloria, Diane, Sylvie (Charlie),

Arleen (Larry) and two sons: Stephen (Arleen) and Michael (Rose), Her thirteen grandchildren: Patrick, Jennifer, Sasha, Robyn, Allison, Jessica, Melanie, Joshua, Matthew, Danielle, Heavyn, Trinity, Oceanna and seven great grandchildren: Molly, Gavin, Bailey, Griffyn, Logan, Lyric, Faryn as well as her sister Aline Girard of Campbellton NB.

Rita was predeceased by her husband John White, and fourteen brothers and sisters.

To her caregivers (Angels), thank you for stepping into this incredibly tough role with such dedication. Rosanne Steeves, Jennifer Lavigne, Extra Mural staff, hospital staff and the student nurses.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11am at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Andrew Street Campbellton, NB.

Arrangements are in the care of Maher’s Funeral Home Campbellton.
