Mariana Voges

Passed away at the Ottawa General Hospital on December 25, 2010 at the age of 30, Mariana Ellen Voges Cook. Born in Campbellton on July 9, 1980, she was the daughter of Dr. Armando Voges and Bonnie Cook Voges.

Mariana worked in Ottawa as an administrative assistant for the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. She achieved her 2nd Dan in Tae Kwan Do and was an instructor of Tae Kwan Do at the University of Ottawa. Mariana had a love of languages and cultures. She loved her friends and family dearly and we will love and miss her always.

She is survived by her parents, Armando and Bonnie Voges of Campbellton; her sisters, Marcia (Jason LaPointe) Voges of Halifax, Mariza Voges of St. John’s, NL., and her brother, Anthony Voges of Vancouver. She was also survived by her boyfriend, Oscar Romero, aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral mass will be held from St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Campbellton on Friday December 31 at 11am.
