Léon Doucet

Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at the Résidence 4 Saisons of Balmoral, at the age of 88, passed away Mr. Léon Doucet formerly of Eel River Crossing, husband of the late Edna (born Lapointe) Doucet. He was the son of the late Euphumie (born Landry) and the late Arthur Doucet.

He will be sadly missed by his daughters : Diane (Stéphane Dubé) of Eel River Crossing and Suzanne (Stéphane Rattée) of Eel River Crossing; his stepson Aimé "Malou" Lapointe (Bina) of St. Omer, his grandchildren : Sabrina, Roxanne "Nanou", Carol-Anne, Mélanie & Bruno; many great grandchildren; his brothers and sisters: Léo Paul (Eveline) of Tracadie, Raymond (Noella) of Nigadoo, Joseph "Jos" (Marie-Reine) of Eel River Crossing, Jeannine (Louis "Dodo") of Eel River Crossing and Lucia (Maurice) of Ontario also by many nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was predeceased by his wife Edna also by many brothers and sisters

Funeral mass will be held in the Ste-Trinité Church, Eel River Crossing, on Saturday, January 14th , 2023 at 10:00 am. Family will be receiving friends for condolences in basement of the church 45 minutes prior to funeral.  A donation to the Tree of Hope Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
