Aline Hackett

Mrs. Aline Hackett, of Glencoe, 92 years and 6 months, passed away at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, on Sunday, December 19, 2010.  She was the wife of the late John Gordon and the daughter of the late Marie Anne (nee: Blaquière) and the late Andre Gallant.           

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Kay Bujold (late Armand) of Cross Point; her sons: Mike (Elaine) of Glencoe & Charlie (Sylvie) of Fort McMurray, Alberta; her daughter-in-law Ishbel McNab of Glencoe; her 10 grandchildren: Jean-Paul, Denis (Anne), Kelli (Mike), Jodi, Mindi (Denis), Jason (Cindy), Mark, Corey, Melanie (Jason) & Jessica (Ryan) and her 9 great-grandchildren:  Alexy, Lea-Emily, Alexandra, Jesse, Avery, Emme, Logan, Logan & Lyric; her sister Rita Lebrun (late Aurele) of St-Arthur and several nieces, nephews and friends. 

She was predeceased by her son Billy, her husband John Gordon and her sister Aurore. 

The funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, December 22, 2010 at 2 pm in the Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Atholville, officiated by Father Claude Benoit with burial in the parish cemetery.  Mrs. Hackett will rest at the funeral home on Tuesday, December 21 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, also on Wednesday, December 22 from noon till time of funeral.  A donation to the Tree of Hope Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.
