Born in Prince George on October 29, 1956.
Life Story:
Monica lived with her parents until 8 years old, then she moved to Woodlands, then to Glendale. She joined the Communitas Family in 1995, coming to Campbell River where she developed a true friendship with a fellow roommate in that time.
Monica touched the lives of everyone that met her. Her beautiful gazing eyes spoke volumes. She brought a lot of joy to all her friends and all that had the privilege to serve with her. Monica was adventurous and traveled many places. Monica participated in the assisted ski program, where her father George skied alongside her.
Monica clearly communicated with everyone she met with her kind loving eyes. She had a smile like no other, especially while holding your hand.
We rejoice knowing she’s dancing freely to her favourite Patsy Cline songs and singing with the Angels.
A celebration of Life will be held on September 24, 2023 at 12-4 pm at Willow Point Hall.
Donations to the Communitas Supportive Care Society would be greatly appreciated or a charity of your choice.
