Jack is survived by his wife Dolores, daughters Sherri and Tammy, sister Donna, Stepson Frank, stepdaughter Edee, 3 grandchildren as well as many other friends and relatives.
A celebration of life will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 1999 14th Ave. Sunday October 20th at 3 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the MS Society.
