August 13, 1947 – July 14, 2023
Peter was an avid hunter who loved spending time in good company. After taking early retirement from RCAF, he moved to Black Creek for some peace and quiet. He took frequent trips to Mexico and loved traveling as much as he loved puttering around his property. Peter enjoyed watching sports, singing karaoke, gardening, and making wine. He was always ready with a quip or wry remark; he had a tremendous wit and always planned five steps ahead. His passionate storytelling came from his love of learning and sharing knowledge. His “larger than life” personality will be remembered by all who knew him.
Peter was predeceased by his parents; brothers Kenny, Dennis, and Sandy. He is survived by his wife Susan; brother Timmy; daughters Christine, Julie, and Mae; stepsons David and Michael; and numerous nieces and nephews.
