Elizabeth enjoyed social events and family activities, dedicating much of her time to family and friends. Her charcuterie trays were the highlight of many birthday and holiday gatherings. Elizabeth was fond of her dogs Amber, Powder and Koda that she loved dearly that preceded her in death. She also enjoyed spending time with her grand-dog Ripley who brought her immense joy, especially during the later days of life.
Elizabeth loved cooking, gardening, and craft work and spent many days outside planting flowers around the home. In addition to tending her garden, she enjoyed feeding the birds in the yard and the koi that live in the small pond in the backyard.
