Carolyn was born May 5, 1940 in Lemoyne, PA. She was the daughter of the late Herbert Bair and Ethel Mae (Speece) Kern.
She was a retired accountant with Kern and Company, PC and previously Lemoyne Sleeper. She loved spending time with her son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, as well as her sisters and brothers. She was an avid fan of the Phillies and Steelers. Carolyn was very fond of her home where she lived since 1965 and could often be found relaxing while enjoying the views of the Conodoguinet creek and her yard.
Preceding her in death is her loving husband of 51 years, Kenneth E. Shuff; and her brother, James Kern.
Surviving is her son, Douglas Shuff, wife, Michelle, of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Ryan and Katelyn Shuff; brothers, Herbert, Paul and Charles Kern; and her sisters Ethel (Steele) and Marie (Fortin).
Funeral Service will be held 12:00 p.m., Thursday, July 6, 2023 in Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St., Camp Hill. Burial will follow in Rolling Green Memorial Park. A visitation will be from 11:00 a.m., Thursday to time of service.
