Walter Herbert Drover

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Walter on Wednesday, June 15th, 2016 at Riverbend Place in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Ella of 13 years, loving stepfather to Pam (Trevor), Kathleen (Jeremy) and father to Eileen, Crystal and Lorraine. Dear brother to Harvey (June), Wilson, Art (Dianne), Jean, Betty and Eileen (Victor). He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren, extended family and friends. A Funeral Service will take place on Monday, June 20, 2016 at Coutts Funeral Home, 96 St. Andrews Street, Cambridge (519-621-1650) at 11am with a period of visitation one hour prior to service. Following the service, all are invited to Ella's home for a time of fellowship and refreshment. Cremation is to follow and private family inurnment will take place at Mount View Cemetery, Cambridge at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society in Walter's memory. A very special thank you to all of the wonderful staff of Riverbend Place for your care and compassion.
