So sorry to read of Terry's passing. I met Terry during the "Deerridge flood" of June 2016. We worked to restore the course. After that, I always recognized Terry as a hard worker. We will miss him.

I miss you papa I miss walking in everyday seeing you on the couch saying Hi, Aloha, how was school, did you learn anything new?.  I will miss walking  bye the kitchen and seeing you snoring away from a long days work .
I miss coming over for our old pool summer days .

Every time I saw Terry on the golf course at Deer Ridge, he always had a smile, a nod and a wave to say hello.
That will be missed on a daily basis.
He was very fussy on how he liked to manicure the course with his cutting expertise.

We were Neighbours of Terry and Jenny for 10 years and moved last year but we still keep in touch. It was such a shock to hear of his passing we had dinner together that evening. He use to help Ray with the cars and Ray helped him he ploughed our driveway many winter evenings while Ray was still at work. We shared lots of dinners and Laugh. Terry would tease me when I made Lemon pie for dessert his favourite and say this pie isn’t very good you better keep practicing Lol. We are going to miss him very much. You’ll forever be in our hearts.

No one could ask for a better next door neighbour for 31 years.  Terry  you will be truly missed.

Terry made me feel welcome at Deer Ridge right from my first shift.  His sense of humour and smile was contagious in the lunch room and on the course.  He will be deeply missed.

I think I speak for most staff who worked with Terry at Deer Ridge that he was the glue that kept our teams together. Always cheerful and loud at 5am and willing to stay late until all the work was done. Terry had a big smile that could be seen from across the golf course as he dialed in is manicured stripes through the rough. His witty banter and fresh takes on the Leafs will certainly be missed in the lunchroom.

I am a member of Deer Ridge. I did not know Terry by name, but I knew his smile in passing as he was driving by on a cart taking care of our course. He was friendly, warm and welcoming.

I have been a member at Deer Ridge Golf Course since 1993. There have been several turf specialists over the years but he was the most memorable. There was always a smile or a wave and he loved to answer questions. 
He did his job really well and never intruded into our ability to concentrate on the game.
I wonder what will happen to his Mercury with the special paint and adornments?
He was respected and he will be missed. I will be out of the country during his funeral but he will be on my mind.

So sorry for your loss it’s so hard to lose a parent.  Your dad was my best bud at work and golfing  and wing guy.  He also was great helping me work on our cars. I am surely gonna miss him.

Terry is my cousin, we had great memories of our childhood and of course adulthood, we were able to reminisce last month when we were there to spend the day with him and celebrate his birthday 🎂. He will forever be in our hearts and to his family we send prayers and condolences. I may not have been around because of where I live but you and Jenny will always be in my heart. I remember all the great times we had roller skating and the fun we had in your little Honda Civic, mostly I remember Super Tramp, Stair Way to Heaven.
