Rena was a kind, generous, and heart-warming person. Rena had a successful career as a Real Estate Agent, and was the first Scottish woman to hold a black belt in Karate. She also played the Ukulele, sometimes by herself as she volunteered at the retirement home teaching lessons, but also as part of a Ukulele group, performing shows at various locations. Rena enjoyed game nights and movie nights with her friends, taking many trips to the casino, and simply binge-watching Netflix. She loved fashion and shopping, and having breakfast or brunch with her friends. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her sons Paul Miller and Jonathan Miller, her sister Norma Nicoll, and her granddaughter Brooklyn Watts. Rena was predeceased by her husband Nigel Miller, daughter Linda Miller, and her parents Fergus Nicoll and Cesarina Riccoboni. Friends and relatives are invited to a Visitation on Friday, March 13th from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Barthel Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, March 15th at 2:00 pm in the chapel at Barthel’s. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated.
