the passing of Matthew Rego, age 33, of Cambridge,
Ontario on Wednesday, April 2, 2025.
Matthew will be forever missed by his children
Katalina and Evan Rego. Dearly loved son of
Eddie and Melissa Rego and cherished brother
to Michael (Izzy). He joins his grandparents
Linda (Eugene) and Maria (Antonio) Rego,
and his uncle Mike in eternal rest. Matthew is
survived by his maternal grandfather, many aunts,
uncles and cousins.
Family and friends will be received at the
Barthel Funeral Home, 566 Queenston Road,
on Thursday, April 10th from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
A celebration of Matthew's life will be held in the
funeral home chapel at 1:00 pm. Cremation will follow.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to
Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation are
greatly appreciated.
