Passed away peacefully at Stirling Heights Long Term Care Cambridge on Thursday November 17, 2016 in her 93rd year. Loving mother of Harold (Tamela) of North Bay, Gloria Laite of Woodstock, Cathy Jeysman (Rob) of St. Catharines, Dolores Fry (Dan) of Cambridge. Also survived by her brother Jim Barrett (Carm) of St. John’s Newfoundland, and her sisters Marina Phillips (Tom) of St. John’s Newfoundland and Jean Chafe of Ajax, grandchildren Michelle (Joel), Brian (Michelle), Kate (Mike), Jessica (Dan), Jamie, Lindsay, Jonathan, Danny (Courtney), and 10 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Harold (Merv), brothers George, Mike, Joseph and Michael, and sisters Rita, Beatrice and Clara and 1 great grandchild (Colby). The family will receive friends at Coutts Funeral Home Cambridge on Thursday Nov. 24, 2016 from 12 Noon until 1 PM. A Memorial service will follow at 1 PM. Cremation has taken place. As expression of sympathy donations to the Alzheimers Society or the Heart and Stoke Foundaton would be appreciated by the family.
