José was the adored father to Elisabeth Reis (Tony) and Elsa Lemos (Chris Cairns). José will be dearly missed by his brother Manuel Lemos (Eduina). He was the proud Avô to grandchildren: Anissa, Ariana, Benjamin, and William. José leaves behind many loving family members and dear friends.
José was born on May 22, 1944 in Mirateca, Pico, Azores. He lived a life full of passion, dedication, and love. He found great joy in gardening, cooking, golf, music, poetry writing, and soccer.
