It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Francis Ryan on February 18th, 2021 in his 69th year. ‘Johnny’, as he was affectionately known, took full advantage of the nine lives he was born with and lived his life in his own way.
Formerly of Bell Island, Newfoundland, John moved to Cambridge many years ago, where he made many long-lasting friendships.
Left to mourn are his two sons Dylan and Shane. He leaves behind his siblings Debbie (Wayne), Cynthia (Steve), Jim (Lorna), Leo, and Edward. Predeceased by his mother Ann, his sister Alice, and brothers Gord, Blair, & Ben. John also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.
Donations to the Cambridge Shelter Corporation would be sincerely appreciated in John's memory.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
