On February 5, 2017, at Hilltop Manor, Irene Frances Emma Poynter passed away peacefully at the age of 103, with her granddaughter by her side. She is lovingly remembered by her son Andrew (Madeleine) Poynter, her granddaughter Brittany (Luke) Bearss, and her two great-grandchildren, Ciel and Tasman Bearss. A celebration of Irene's life will be held in the coming weeks for family and friends.
