Mrs. Zoe Santa

Zoe Santa passed away at the Foothills Hospital on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the age of 89 years. Zoe will be missed by a lot of people whom she helped during her life. She immigrated with her daughter to Canada where was reunited with her husband Daniel. She was very involved in the Romanian Orthodox Church activities, singing in the choir, and helping out whenever needed. Zoe was bubbling with life and a very active person. She will definitely leave an emptiness in our life by her passing.

Zoe is survived by her son-in-law Dimitar Dimitrov. She is predeceased by her daughter Carmen Dimitrov, and her husband Daniel Santa.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Prayer Vigil held at FOSTER'S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 - 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at ST. MARY’S ROMANIAN ORTHODOX CHURCH, (3511 3 Ave S.W. Calgary, Alberta) on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
