It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William “Bill” Watson Joseph Parsons, in Diamond Valley, on November 20, 2024. Bill passed away peacefully at the age of 61, surrounded by his loved ones.
Bill is lovingly remembered by his wife of 34 years; Diana, and his son Jonathon. He also leaves his brothers; Barry (Cathy), Rockwell (Valda), Alberta (Carol), Roger (Vera) and sister; Christine, as well as nieces and nephews; April, Glynn, Robert, Jason, Wendy, Jamie, Roger and Christopher.
He was predeceased by his mother; Gwendolyn (Critch) Parsons, father; Lewis Parsons, grandparents; Rebecca and William Critch his brother; Calvin “Shorty” and his niece; Terri-Lee. He will also be reunited with his beloved dog Ranger.
Billy could fill a room with his smile and ability to tell jokes and make people laugh. Billy loved his family deeply; especially his boys….. Scout and Ranger. Billy loved camping, hanging out at our fire pit, having friends come over and have a beer to have a “yarn”.
Throughout his journey with Cancer, he was a warrior. He fought hard and his outlook never wavered.
