Warren passed away peacefully at home in Calgary, AB on Thursday, March 10, 2011 at the age of 87 years. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on January 7, 1924 and the family later moved to Major, Saskatchewan. Warren served with the Royal Canadian Air Force. He later moved to Calgary and operated several service stations. Warren is lovingly remembered by his wife of 57 years Doreen and their son Dale. He is also survived by his brother Earl (Florence); sisters Loyis, Joyce, and Fern; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Warren was predeceased by his sister BettyLou. A Memorial Service will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Wednesday, March 16th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to the Calgary Food Bank, 5000 – 11 Street SE, Calgary AB, T2H 2Y5.
