Dr. Wai-Kin Chan passed away at home surrounded by his family in Calgary, AB on Monday, October 22, 2012 at the age of 51 years. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at visitation held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Thursday, October 25, 2012 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of Queen’s Park Cemetery Mausoleum, 3219 4 Street N.W., Calgary, AB on Friday, October 26, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment to follow in the Mausoleum.
