Sheila was born in Winnipeg, MB on February 1, 1937 to Stewart and Mary Caithness and moved to Calgary at the age of 11. Sheila worked at Shell Canada after attending Calgary Business College. It was at Shell that Sheila met the love of her life Jack, and married on May 31, 1958. Together they had many adventures with Shell. They moved every few years until finally settling back in Calgary. After Jack retired from Shell they shared many more adventures, travelling the world from the Cook Islands to Australia, the Orient and Europe.
Sheila was a much loved Mom to Teri (Brian), Jeff (Carol), Wendy (Laurie) and Kevin (Janet.) She was also Grandma to Chris, Taylor, Hailey, Eric, Bradley and Jennifer, plus GG to Logan and Lyric.
Jack wishes to thank the care staff on units 111 and 112 especially Dr. Bal who gave such compassion.
