Roy Angus Craik

Roy was a wonderful husband, father, and provider. He will be greatly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Roy loved watching all sports. Some of Roy’s favorite things to do were golfing and bowling, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with family. He was always ready to get together for a family function and spend time with his kids, grandkids and especially his great-grandkids. His greatest saying was to “Live and let Live.” He loved life!

He is survived by his wife of 72 years Agnes Craik; his brother Bill Craik; his daughters Raeanne Allison and Marlene (Kevin) DeGagne; his son Roy (Candace) Craik Jr; grandchildren Jason (Avery) Allison, Lindsey (Jesse) McCabe, Ashley McIntosh, Chelsie (Rob) Isley and Kyle (Malissa) Craik; and his 10 great-grandchildren. Roy was predeceased by his brother Jack Craik, sister Hazel Black and his son-in-law Randy Allison.

Our family would like to express special thanks to the doctors and nurses at the South Health Campus Hospital in Calgary for the loving and compassionate care, help and support they provided Roy Angus Craik and family during this challenging time.

In keeping with Roy’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
