It is with great sorrow that we have to announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. Pat passed away peacefully of congestive heart failure on June 30, 2019 at home surrounded by her family at the age of 85 years old. She said she had a full life filled with love, family, travel and many adventures. She is survived by her five children, numerous grandchildren, younger brother as well as her beloved dog Kiki. She has once again joined our dad, her mother, her grandmother and all of her pets along the way who left us far too early and whom she loved very deeply.
Please join us in Celebrating Pat’s Life at Red Deer Lake United Church, (96187 Hwy 22X West, Foothills, AB T1S 2R9) on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. As she wishes the atmosphere of her celebration of her life to be festive, she has asked that people to feel free to wear whatever colour they chose instead of the traditional dark shades.
Pat had a deep love for all animals especially dogs and horses so in lieu of flowers, she would like a donation given on her behalf to the Calgary Humane Society to help care for all of the unwanted animals.
