Mr. Peter David Jones

Husband, father, grandfather, businessman, athlete and friend, Peter was a man of many talents, endless energy and boundless humour. A lifetime of many activities allowed Peter to gather a large group of devoted friends, who loved him dearly. But no one loved him more than his soul-mate and wife, Faye, who shared his life for the past 27 years. Peter was a father to his son, Andrew and his daughter, Lisa (Lyle); grandfather to Gregory; brother to Margaret (Stuart) Thurston of the UK and uncle to niece, Kerry (Russell) and nephew, Joe (Lizzy) and great uncle to his great nieces, Ava and Maisie-Jayne.

A Celebration of Peter’s Life will be held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Monday, November 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the charity of one’s choice. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family via the website www.fostersgardenchapel.ca.
