Beth & Craig, We're so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. Both Al and Pat were the kind of neighbours anyone would have been glad to have live beside.  

We spend several summer afternoons enjoying cocktails in the backyard.  They were always there to lend a hand and act as a sounding board to our home project ideas. Once, Pat fed my son lunch when he forgot his house key. That was just the kind of person she was.  She was always a mother to anyone that needed one. It was a privilege to know her.

We will miss them both dearly.

It was with deepest sorrow that I heard of Pat's passing. She nurtured and cared so well for all of her family and friends. Your losses have been great and I hope you are being cared for and you find a source of strength for the days ahead.

To Beth and Craig,
I worked with your mom for a few months at the Galleria in the 1990's. She was always  such a happy, vibrant person with an awesome sense of humor! It was my pleasure to know her.

My sincere condolences. I know it has been a difficult year and my thoughts are with you all.

I was so deeply saddened to hear of Pat's passing so soon after the loss of Al.  Although I had only met Pat once many years ago, I felt I knew the family because Al bragged about you all so often to any of us landmen who would listen, and I know he was deeply devoted to your mother.  May you find peace knowing that Al and Pat are together again and constantly watching over you all as guardian angels.

Beth, So sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. In time, may you be comforted by special memories of her.

Dear Craig, Beth and families,
I am so sorry to hear of Pat's passing. I have so many wonderful memeories of my time spent with Al & Pat. My first ever trip to Las Vegas was with Al & Pat, it was a blast! We enjoyed many nights playing cards or going out for dinner. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Both Pat and Al will be missed by so many.Their love of their family was first and foremost, they were so proud of you!

I was VERY sorry to hear of Pat's death.  I knew her in university and we had wonderful times with our group of friends.  Although we lost touch over the years, I remember Pat with great affection.

Beth and Craig, I only met your mom once, at Beth's baby shower, but we shared a moment that still makes me smile. Your mom was horrified when she found out I was Beth's personal trainer because she had spent the previous ten minutes trying to get me to eat cream cheese and skor dip. After that I was offered nothing but vegetables!

And though I wish I knew more about Pat, I can only guess about what type of woman she was by what I know of her children. Beth and Craig you are amazing people. You embrace life. Every ounce of it. You honor and celebrate your families. You live wholly and authentically. It must have taken some exceptional parents to raise such exceptional children. 

I am sure your mom was able to join your dad with the peace that she left an amazing legacy in her children and grandchildren. As a mom, isn't that what we all hope for?

So for Pat, I will indulge the next time I'm offered cream cheese and skor dip and I will be forever grateful that because of her I have amazing Espeys in my life. Love to you all in this difficult time.
