Eleanor, the second daughter of John and Gladys Bell, was born in Winnipeg on February 9, 1923. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Roy, on January 30, 2011. Our mother is survived and lovingly remembered by her four children, Allan (Carol) Rix, Lois (Art) Riegel, Barbara (Glen) Campbell, and Pamela (Barry) Creighton; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Eleanor’s Life will be held at SOUTH CALGARY FUNERAL CENTRE, 12700 Macleod Trail South (at Lake Fraser Gate), on Thursday March 31, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
Our family wishes to extend heartfelt thanks to Mom's devoted companions Victoria, Linda, Lucille and Fritzie as well as the compassionate staff at the Beverly Centre Glenmore.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations being made in Eleanor’s memory directly to a charity of your choice.
