Margaret “Margie” Doreen Pollock passed away peacefully in Calgary on October 9, 2019 at the age of 93 years. Margie is lovingly remembered by her son Robb; her daughters-in-law Patty and Lydia; her 4 grandchildren Dave, Colleen, Chris and Jason; and 5 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Jack and her son Barry.
Margie was born in Calgary, AB on June 25, 1926. She spent her formidable years growing up in Edmonton where she trained to be a dental assistant and met her husband Jack. From Edmonton to Camrose and then to Calgary. She enjoyed home making and volunteering with the I.O.D.E.
She was proud to be a Calgarian and an Albertan and embraced all the seasons.
