

With tremendous courage and faith, Lisa passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on October 16, 2012. Lisa is survived by her husband Jason Gress, her mother Sharon Mercier, her sisters Tina Siebert (Shaun) and Shauna Rivait (Alan), as well as her niece Ally Lavigne and nephew Linden Siebert and any caring and loving extended family. She is predeceased by her father Lorne Mercier.
During her life, Lisa was involved with the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA), the Canadian Transplant Association and the Catholic Women's League of Canada. Lisa made many good friends while working, most recently at the Calgary Catholic School District, which brought her much happiness and support over her journey. Lisa was inspirational and a beacon of faith to those who knew her. She will be greatly missed…

A Prayer Service will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. and a Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., both at St. Albert the Great Catholic Parish (10 Prestwick Drive SE, Calgary, AB T2Z 4J6).
