Can hardly believe it's been a year already. I still think of you often and my thoughts are with Larry and Kayleigh on this day.

I was thinking about you yesterday on your Birthday. My thoughts were also with Larry & Kayleigh.

I am sorry to hear about the loss of Leslie, I'll remember her smile, laugh and how she touched so many around her.

We are so very sadden to hear about the loss of Leslie. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to her family. Leslie was such a friendly person who always greeted you with a beautiful smile and a kind word. Every day, come rain or shine she would be out in her beautiful front garden that we as her neighbors, have had the joy year after year of watching her create. Words alone can not express how much we are truly going to miss seeing Leslie in her garden with her beautiful smile and friendly hello.

Leslie will always be remembered as a caring, kind and loving person. So many have expressed in words how she lived her life. The words of Helen Keller " what we have once enjoyed, we can never lose.All that we loved deeply becomes a part of us" I am sure speak to the feelings of dear Leslie.

I am very sad to hear of Leslie's sudden passing, and another tragic loss of a wonderful person taken from us too soon. Leslie was a bright light in many other peoples lives, and her passing is a significant loss to all of us.

Leslie was the most incredible, fun, loving,generous and inspirational woman! She has taught me so much over the years. I was truely blessed to have such an amazing friend in my life. Shocked and saddened to hear of Leslie's sudden passing. It's been many many years but she will always be a fond memory of my past, My deepest condolences to all the family members.

Leslie was one of the first people I met when I came to Calgary. An honest smile and beautiful demeanour made her standout all these years when I look back upon my arrival here. She will be missed and the world is not a better place with her not in it. My sympathies to her entire family and everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Leslie was a person who could take in everything around her, be it good or difficult, and reflect back to others her positive and joyful feelings about life.  She radiated smiles and love.   A favourite memory of her is from childhood, on weekend visits, when she'd put the stereo on in the living room and sing along with Daniel Boone's Beautiful Sunday. "Sunday morning, up with the lark, I think ill take a walk in the park, Hey hey hey, its a beautiful day"  She lived and walked in a beautiful frame of mind and I admired her immensely. This is heartbreaking news.  She was one of the best among us - positive, energetic and engaged in life.  Because I am much older I didn't know her well as a child despite the fact that we are cousins but I remember seeing her as a baby and thinking she was like a beautiful porcelain doll (I was 10 at the time).  

I am so saddened at this loss.
