Laura Adams passed away peacefully in Calgary, AB at the Brentwood Care Centre on Friday, October 4, 2013 at the age of 83 years. Laura is lovingly remembered by her children, Hugh (Laura) Adams and Brenda Lawson (Grant Brown); grandchildren, Jason, Matthew, Gina and Tye as well as great grandson, Dexter. She was active in Wild Rose United Church and enjoyed quilting, sewing and knitting for the various church ministry efforts. Laura was also an avid artist in oil and water colours. In honour of Laura’s wishes, a service will not be held. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made directly to Alzheimer Society of Calgary, 201, 222 - 58 Avenue S.W., Calgary, AB T2H 2S3.
